City officials have 14 days to reply to the eThekwini Region Driving Schools Operators Association on what plans they have in place to assist driving instructors.
About 500 members of the association marched to the Durban City Hall yesterday, handing over a memorandum asking for space to conduct their work.

The group's Mandlenkosi Ndlovu says they are now waiting to see how the municipality responds.
"After 14 days we will come and meet with the officials depending on what they are coming with. If what is coming from the table is not satisfactory, we will have to go back to the drawing board," he said.
