eSwatini court postpones case against two AKA, Tibz murder accused

The case against two men linked to the murders of Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane has been postponed to next week Tuesday.
Brothers Malusi and Siyabonga Ndimande appeared in the Manzini Magistrate's Court in eSwatini on Tuesday morning.
They are facing ten charges, including murder, attempted murder and unlawful possession of firearms.
The pair is part of a group of seven linked to the incident on Durban’s Florida Road in February last year, with the five other suspects having already appeared in a court in Durban.
The court heard on Tuesday that four phones were found in the accused’s possession at the time of their arrest.
State prosecutor Macebo Nxumalo applied to have the phones sent to the country as evidence in the matter.
However, Magistrate David Khumalo said a decision would need to be made on the cell phones.
"The court is going to allow postponement of determination of that matter until 12 March. It will allow provisional detention of the cell phones by the police pending determination of the matter".
The five other suspects are expected to return to the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday for bail verification.
The court also heard on Tuesday that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is yet to file an application for extradition.
