Eskom suspends load shedding until Friday

Eskom has suspended the rolling blackouts until 4pm on Friday.
The utility says this is due to a consistent improvement in available generating capacity.
Eskom's spokesperson Daphne Mokwena says they will closely monitor the power system.
“We will and communicate should there be any significant changes."

“Today's evening pick demand focus is 23 471MW, unplanned outages are currently at 12 158MW and planned maintenance is 8 728MW of generation capacity."
