"KwaZulu-Natal Social Development MEC, Mrs Nonhlanhla Khoza, has dispatched a team of social service officials, including senior social workers, to assist an eight-year-old girl reportedly victimised by adult men who sexually abuse her on a daily basis.

"MEC Khoza expressed serious concern that the heartless men destroyed the child’s future. She said the preliminary report showed that the child was damaged and needed extra intervention to help her be a child again."
