Elderly Pinetown man critical after falling from ladder

Emergency services rushed to the home just before 1pm after being alerted to the incident by a local neighbourhood watch.

ER24 says paramedics found the man, believed to be about 71-years-old, in his neighbour’s garden.

He had sustained head and shoulder injuries.

He was taken to a nearby hospital for further medical care.

The circumstances leading to man falling from the ladder are unknown at this stage.
