An elderly woman is being treated for critical injuries in hospital after being run over by her own car in Hillcrest, west of Durban.
It's thought she may have slipped while trying to push the broken-down vehicle on Inanda Road on Friday morning.
Derrick Banks of First Responder KZN says the car was found a few meters down the road from the incident.
The woman is believed to be in her 60s.
