Efforts underway to restore power in Glenwood
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
Residents of Glenwood in Durban who are still without electricity can expect to have their lights back on by tomorrow.

That's the word from the eThekwini Electricity Department whose technicians are working on repairs to the Queen Mary Sub-Station which exploded last night leaving many in the dark.
The department's Deena Govender says while the cause is still being investigated, supply to most affected areas has been restored.
''Customers in the vicinity of Queen Mary Sub-Station namely, Dan Pienaar, Baines, Archbell, Queen Mary and Nicholson Roads are still off.
''Our staff are currently on site and we expect all supplies to be restored by tomorrow morning,'' he said.
