The Department of Labour says the filing period for online submissions will run from the September 1 to January 15 next year while manual submissions close on October 1.
The department hosted its latest roadshow yesterday at the Durban ICC.
Employment Equity's Niresh Singh says the roadshows also help clarify the concept of equal pay for equal work.
''If we are to take the responsibility, the skills that are required to do a particular job, the effort that is needed and also sometimes conditions of employment which is allowance then all things should remain the same, people should earn the same.
''We shouldn't have a woman salary or a man salary. We should also not have a black salary and a white salary. What we should have is salary for doing a particular job,'' he said.
