Economist predicts another possible fuel hike in July
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
Following this month's massive fuel price increase there is little chance of respite next month.
Economist Dawie Roodt says, based on mid-month data, we are in for another hike.
Petrol went up by 82 cents per litre this month, reaching record highs.

As things stand right now, Roodt is expecting a petrol price increase of no less than 30 cents.
The increase is likely to be around about 30-cents a litre or so. It is certainly possible that the Rand could appreciate or the oil price can fall - but at the moment the increase will be about 30-cents a litre," Roodt said.
