Durban toddler mauled to death by two pitbulls
A Durban family has been left devastated after a toddler was mauled to death by two dogs.
The three-year-old girl had been at a family gathering in the Mayville area this afternoon, when she was attacked by the dogs – believed to be pitbulls.

Emergency services who raced to the scene say they found the child in a critical condition.
Netcare911’s Chris Botha says medics tried for some time to resuscitate her – to no avail.
"Two pitbulls attacked her and mauled her severely. The paramedics arrived there - but tragically due to the very serious injuries she sustained - she was declared dead at the scene," he said.

Police are investigating the incident.
