Durban-PMB express train to ease traffic
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
There will soon be an alternative for those frequently travelling between Durban and Pietermaritzburg.

The Portfolio Committee on Transport says the Business Express Coach linking the two cities will be in operation next year.
The Committee, led by Mxolisi Kaunda is currently in Durban conducting an oversight visit to assess the city's public transport system as well as the rehabilitated Durban and Umnyandu Stations.
Kaunda says the logistics around ticket pricing and the number of trips per day are still being established.
"Anyone who travels from Durban to Pietermaritzburg will understand that the N3 is becoming slimmer. Looking at the high volumes of traffic, it does impact negatively on the businesses and our economy.
"So, we're also easing the traffic so that more business operations will happen smoothly," he said.
