Listen to the full bulletin below.
Little Rithesh Ramlall's body was found in a cupboard, in the room where the fire is thought to have started. He was the second youngest of five siblings.
Only a shell of the building remains with the roof having caved in during the blaze.

Rithesh's cousin, Naran Ramlall, says they're not sure how they will bury the boy.
"His mum and dad are not working. They have nothing to eat. We used to bring things as family members. I don't think the younger children have diapers to wear. The first thing that's needed is for someone to repair the roof which has caved in," he said.
