Durban commuters speak about transport difficulties
Some commuters have told Newswatch that they're not sure how they're getting home this afternoon as there are no taxis operating.
Taxi operators have parked their vehicles and have been engaged in a lengthy meeting with Transport MEC, Willies Mchunu, over permits which they say they've applied for, but haven't been issued.
