Dudu Myeni corruption case postponed to May

Former South African Airways board chairperson, Dudu Myeni will be back in court for her corruption case next month.

The case returned to the Richards Bay Magistrate's Court this week.
Both Myeni and her co accused, Trevor Mathenjwa did not attend proceedings.
Myeni's attorney told the court that she was admitted to hospital, due to ill health.
The court also heard that Mathenjwa was ill.

They face charges related to 300 thousand rand in corruption and fraud linked to BOSASA.
The NPA's Investigating Directorate spokesperson Henry Mamothame says the case will be transferred to the High Court in Johannesburg.
"R200 00 was allegedly used to upgrade her Richards Bay premises,R107 000 was benefited through hotel accommodation and travel expenses for her and person close to her."
