KZN Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube has commended police who made a multi-million rand drug bust in the north of the province this week.
Officers stormed the property in the rural community of Ngudwini on Thursday.
They found equipment and drugs suspected to be mandrax at the premises, though it was allegedly operating as a hardware supplying building material.
Police say the machines were found still running, but the suspects had already fled the property.
