Drugs seized, man arrested, in Umbilo police raid
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
A suspected drug dealer is due to appear in court tomorrow following another weekend raid, this time in Umbilo, south Durban.

The Provincial Drug and Firearm Unit - along with officers from the K9 Currency Unit - nabbed the 27-year-old on Friday afternoon. Cocaine, drug packaging paraphernalia and cash were seized from the property.
It's the latest in a series of drug busts around the city recently.
Sam Pillay is the director of the Durban-based Anti-Drug Forum and says they welcome the action being taken by our law enforcement agencies.
"We are extremely pleased to hear of the latest drug bust. This was as a result of immense pressure on SAPS and the courts to cut down on the supply and distribution of drugs", he said.
Pillay says they are hoping to see those arrested face the full might of the law.
"We would like to see the courts doing their work in terms of convicting these people and shutting down their manufacturing and distribution points", Pillay said.
