Scores hurt in Durban weekend accidents

Thirteen people have been hurt, one seriously, after a taxi collided with another vehicle in Cato Manor.
Paramedics say the injured were found lying on the side walk near the taxi yesterday evening. They were stabilised on scene and taken to various hospitals in Durban while the cause of the accident is being investigated.
In another incident, four people were left with multiple injuries after an accident involving a taxi and a car on Saturday evening at the intersection of Monty Naicker and Stalwart Simelane ( formerly known as Pine Street and Stanger Street) on Saturday evening.
A biker sustained injuries following a crash involving a Bus on Bartle Road in Umbilo yesterday.
Paramedics stabilised the man before transporting him to a nearby hospital. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
