uMkhontho we Sizwe Military Veterans are accusing the ruling ANC of feeding them empty promises, on day two of protest action in Durban.
The Association's members demonstrated in the CBD yesterday, shutting down foreign-owned shops again.
They want a complete ban on foreigners in all job sectors and a R250 million housing subsidy for ex-MK Vets.
Zibuse Cele says they're yet to receive a response to the memorandum they handed over to KZN ANC chairperson, Sihle Zikalala last month.

Leaders of the group met with city officials yesterday, "We are not going to stop until they do what we want them to do because we need them to implement the law."
Police say the protests were unprotected, they're investigating a case of illegal gathering.
