DA, IFP draw up ‘working document’ amid KZN coalition talks
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The DA in KwaZulu-Natal says it and the IFP have put together a working document for their working relationship.

The two parties have joined forces in KZN, partly to test the waters for a possible official coalition.
The move comes ahead of the critical national elections next year.
"It gives us guidelines on how we can work together, where we assist to govern various municipalities with the IFP,” says the DA’s KZN leader Francois Rodgers.

"This document will now afford us the opportunity to be able to ensure that effective service delivery is implemented in those particular municipalities.
“That document is not being sent through to our federal executive and once they have signed it off then there will be an official statement on the matter."
