DA denies cabinet reshuffling claims
Updated | By Newswatch
The Democratic Alliance insists MP Dianne Kohler Barnard being moved from Shadow Police Minister to Deputy Shadow Minister of Public Works is not a result of a Facebook post that's landed her in hot water this week.

Leader Mmusi Maimane reshuffled his shadow cabinet yesterday with the change in Kohler Barnard's portfolio being seen as a demotion.
The Durbanite made headlines this week after a Facebook post she shared last month but promptly deleted resurfaced on social media.
In the post - freelance journalist Paul Kirk wrote that apartheid president PW Botha had more integrity than the ANC and called for his return as there were better services during his term.
The DA's Phumzile Van Damme says Kohler Barnard's re-assignment has nothing to do with the post.
"Change in the shadow cabinet was due anyway. The review of the shadow cabinet is a parliamentary process", she said.
"The Federal Legal Commission hearing will still go ahead", Van Damme said.
