D-day for supplementary exam applications
Updated | By Jarryd Subroyen
Matrics - who completed Grade 12 last year - have until the end of the day to apply for a remark or supplementary exams.

Basic Education says those who aren't happy with the marks they received in the final exams can do something about their results - but today's your last day.
"We won't be extending the deadline so we are appealing to all candidates who have looked at their results and felt they needed to apply for a remark, rechecking or even viewing of your script if you weren't satisfied," the department's Elija Mhlanga says.

Mhlanga explains what missing today's deadline means.
"If you need this opportunity to write again, at the end of the year - you can instead write the exams at the end of February or early in March. Make sure you take advantage of this opportunity and register as quickly as possible," he says.
