Updated | By Noxolo Miya
eThekwini says
it’s becoming increasingly difficult for municipal teams to deliver services to
communities due to a spike in crime.
The municipality’s Lindiwe Khuzwayo says service delivery is being hampered by hijackings.
She says eThekwini staff members have been targeted in various parts of the city.
"In the current financial year alone no less than 95 vehicles have been hijacked from municipal staff and contractors."
