COVID-19: SA infections, deaths spike

There's been a spike both in the number of Covid-19 related deaths and new infections in South Africa.
There's been a spike both in the number of Covid-19 related deaths and new infections in South Africa. 92 more people, diagnosed with the virus, have died, bringing the total number of those who've lost their lives to 19 677.
The Health Ministry's picked up another 1 866 new coronavirus cases.

The number of people diagnosed since the outbreak, in our country, has climbed to over 732, 414.
On a positive note, more than 671 579 people have recovered from the disease, taking our recovery rate to 91.7%.
KZN has more than 7 145 active cases.
As of today, the number of #COVID19 cases is 732 414 with 1 866 new cases identified. The cumulative number of tests conducted to date is 4 917 625 with 23 942 new tests conducted. Our recoveries now stand at 671 579 which translates to a recovery rate of 91,7% pic.twitter.com/SW62aXOndX
