Couple hurt in Durban North crash
A couple is receiving treatment in hospital after a serious accident on Northway near Romsey Grove in Durban North yesterday.
On arrival paramedics found the vehicle lying on its side with the driver still trapped.
Ethekwini Fire and Rescue Services used the Jaws of Life to free the woman from the vehicle before paramedics administered advanced life support. She was stabilized on scene before being taken to hospital.

The passenger - who had moderate injuries - had managed to free himself from the vehicle.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
