Councillor says power restored in Malvern
Updated | By Sandile Bhengu
The councillor for Malvern in Durban says electricity in the area has been restored.

Residents have been in the dark for several days.
They're blaming the outage on illegal connections from nearby informal settlements.
But Ward 65 councillor Samantha Windvogel says electricity was restored on Tuesday morning.
She says local authorities have also been notified - and asked to crack down on the illegal connections in the area.
“I’ve got on board, I’ve escalated the matter so I am very much aware. Like I said, we have challenges when it comes to informal settlements. It happens all over.”
