This could be the oldest person in SA

A Limpopo great-grandmother, who has turned 125-years-old, could be the oldest person in South Africa.

Somisa Mahori celebrated her birthday along with family at Limpopo's Xihoko village outside Tzaneen at the weekend.
The centenarian was joined her three children who are 83, 78 and 62-years-old respectively.
According to the Sowetan, the elderly woman has 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grand children.
The provincial government says they will register Mahori's name in the Guinness World Book of Records.
Other known centenarians are Alsa Mbanye, 105; Nnana Moerane, 101, who are both form the North West as well as Cape Town's Georgina Harwood who is 100 years of age.
