Cosatu protests outside PMB Treasury's offices

Members of Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) have gathered in Pietermaritzburg to protest the high cost of living.
They are protesting against the recent fuel, electricity and toll hikes.
They will make their way to the provincial Treasury's offices, where they will picket.

"Everything is increasing," says trade union federation's KwaZulu-Natal secretary Edwin Mkhize.
"Recently petrol has increased around R1.46 per litre. The toll gates have increased by about five percent. Nersa has allowed Eskom to increase electricity to around 9.6 percent."
