Coronavirus: Here are the other services that are exempt from the SA lockdown
The Trade and Industry Minister has expanded on the list of services that will be exempt from the nationwide lockdown.
The President last night announced a 21-day shutdown starting at midnight on Thursday - aimed at slowing the coronavirus infection rate.
Most South Africans will be required to stay at home and only go out to get food, for medical attention and to go to work.

President Cyril Ramaphosa mentioned a few services that would be exempt from the lockdown, including health workers, emergency services, supply and distribution of food and basic goods as well as banking.
At a press briefing in Pretoria earlier today - Minister Ebrahim Patel added more categories to the list of essential services that will remain in operation.
