The police officers who were wounded during Monday's shootout with a suspected cash-in-transit gang in Johannesburg are said to be on the mend.
Eight alleged robbers were killed in the exchange of fire in Rosettenville.
Police say at least 25 suspects were about to commit a robbery when they were intercepted by the National CIT Task Team.
