Concerns over number of missing children

A non-profit organisation has raised concerns about the high number of missing child cases in the country.
Missing Children SA is campaigning for increased safety measures in communities to reduce child disappearances.
Bianca van Aswegen, the group's leader, has emphasised the importance of educating children about their safety from a young age.

"Safety starts at home. Parents and guardians have the responsibility to keep our children safe.
"Also, people in our communities need to keep an eye out on the children, to report something if they know there is abuse going on or keeping an eye out for children who are walking to school or just playing outside."
