Community lauded for arrest of eShowe child rapist

The eShowe community has been credited with helping police catch an alleged child rapist.
The Department of Social Development in KZN says a man, who's alleged to have groomed and abused his 15-year-old daughter, was nabbed this week.
Detectives stormed the family's northern KZN home on Tuesday after he evaded arrest.

MEC Nonhlanhla Khoza says the teen, her brother and mother suffered shocking levels of violence and abuse daily.
Khoza says the woman was also threatened when she tried to protect her children.
The MEC thanked community members for helping expose the horrors the family had been subjected to.
