Nkosinathi Msimango has made his first appearance in the Randburg Magistrate's Court in connection with the burglary at the office of the Chief Justice in Midrand.

15 computers containing sensitive information on the country's judges were stolen during the break-in two weekends ago.
Speaking to the media last week, acting National Police Commissioner Khomotso Phahlane said the investigation is at a preliminary stage and it's not yet clear whether there was a inside job and or collusion.
Three arrests have since been made in connection with the break-in - Bigboy Yose (30) and Given Msimango (20) made their first appearance in court last week.

According to the defence, Msimango was taken out of the cells on Friday evening. His defence team has made allegations that he was slapped around, interrogated and brought back to the cells.
This is an allegation that the State has disputed in court.
Msimango's council said he handed himself over and yet he was brought in court in chains, with a lot of police officers surrounding him.
The case has been postponed until Friday.
