Cele speaks of progress in KZN political killings probe
Police Minister, Bheki Cele says the task team investigating political killings in the province is making inroads.
He says the team of 126 individuals with various expertise and training has been given as many resources as possible to end the killings and bring perpetrators to book.
Cele says they’re satisfied with the progress the team's made in their investigations.
"Two weeks ago, they arrested six people in connection with the spate of political killings and found the relevant guns. Five of those people have been refused bail.
"Only one is on bail which tells you that this working together is making things very difficult for criminals," Cele said.

Cele says he is yet to lay eyes on the much-anticipated, Moerane Commission Report.
The report is being presented before the KZN Legislature today.
