It's emerged in court that the man arrested in a multi-million rand drug bust at Zimbali, north of Durban, has another drug-related case against him.
Caesar Dipoko, 37, made a brief appearance in the Umhlali Magistrates Court, on Monday.
He arrested on Friday after members of the Hawks searched a rented property, believed to have been used as a drug storage and distribution point.
Heroin with an estimated street value of R4 million and equipment were seized.

Defense attorney, Thobeko Dlamini told the court that his client wished to apply for bail as he is getting married this weekend.
The Magistrate told Dlamini that she could only fit in a bail application next week, and had no place to deal with bail currently.
State Prosecutor, Sanesh Rambarun told the court that they would be opposing bail as the charges against Dipoko were extremely serious.
It's understood that Dipoko is facing charges relating to dealing and alternatively possession heroine.
Rambarun then told the court that they have been made aware of a similar case in Harrismith that involves the accused.
The case has been adjourned to next week for bail.
