Capitec customers hit with more app, payment issues

Capitec Bank customers are experiencing problems again.
Users are reporting that they are unable to access the banking app.
Some say bank card transactions are not going through.
One man found himself in a frustrating and awkward position at a petrol station in Durban on Friday afternoon after filling up.

Newswatch has reached out to Capitec, which says it will release a statement soon.
But it's confirmed there'll be a systems upgrade starting tomorrow that will only affect Business Banking Clients.
The Bank says no Business Banking transactions will be processed during this time except for card machines and credit card payments.
