Calls for Zuma to step down continue
Updated | By Samkelo Maseko
SaveSA leader Sipho Pityana has reiterated his call for President Jacob Zuma to step down.

Addressing protesters at the offices of National Treasury, Pityana said there can be no excuse for the ANC National Executive Committee (NEC) to continue protecting President Zuma, because he clearly not even listen to the top 6.
Pityana says they are prepared to battle it out in the trenches in protection of the country.
"We fought and defeated apartheid. We will fight and defeat the Guptas. We will fight and defeat Zuma and his cronies," said Pityana.
Pityana called on all South Africans to join the protest action.
"It doesn't matter what political party you belong to. It doesn't matter what the colour of your skin is," said Pityana.
