Brookside Mall 'unrest instigator' case postponed again
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
The trial of an alleged unrest instigator has been postponed again by the Pietermaritzburg High Court.

Ndumiseni Zuma was initially due to appear about a month ago.
However, the defence said it needed more time to consult with the 35-year-old.
The matter was pushed to Thursday.

But the KZN NPA spokesperson Natasha Kara says Zuma's lawyer withdrew from the case, citing ethical reasons.
"While the state was ready to proceed, to the extent that witnesses were warned to be in court, the court adjourned the case for Zuma to apply for Legal Aid.
"The matter returns to court on 16 September 2022."
