Boy, 12, killed in Twini Hill crash
Updated | By Shaun Ryan
Authorities are investigating the cause of a fatal crash on Twini Hill near Amanzimtoti, south of Durban last night that claimed the life of a 12-year-old boy.

Reports from the scene suggest the boy and a man had been travelling in a double-cab bakkie just before 9. 30pm yesterday when the vehicle overturned on the N2 Southbound carriageway.
Netcare911's Chris Botha says the boy was ejected from the vehicle during the accident.
"When they came up Twini Hill, the road was very wet. They were coming around the corner and for some reason the vehicle overturned. The youngster was sitting in the passenger seat.
"He was flung out of the vehicle. Tragically when we arrived, we found that he had died due to the very severe injuries that he had sustained," he said.
Nobody else was hurt in the crash.
