Richard Le Roux works for a subsidiary of Bosasa and was put in charge of special projects

He's told the state capture commission of inquiry that he was instructed by Bosasa CEO, Gavin Watson to conducted a site survey and carry out maintenance at a Krugerdorp property belonging to Environmental Affairs Minister, Nomvula Mokonyane.

Le Roux says they also installed security systems at three of ANC chairperson, Gwede Mantashe's properties in Boksburg and the Eastern Cape.

"The approximate value of all three projects was R300 000," Le Roux said.

Le Roux says former SAA board chairperson, Dudu Myeni's property in Richards Bay was also taken care of.

He says they spent several weeks upgrading Myeni's security system.

He says former Bosasa COO, Angelo Agrizzi signed all the invoices to suppliers for the special projects.

Le Roux says he got strict instructions to make sure none of the maintenance work installations pointed back to Bosasa.
