Bonginkosi Khanyile reiterates commitment to free education
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
Student activist, Bonginkosi Khanyile says he remains firm in his commitment to the cause of freeeducation.

Khanyile was given three years' house arrest for public violence, failing to comply with a police instruction and possession of a dangerous weapon.
The charges stem from his involvement in the protests that swept through the country's higher education institutions in 2016 and specifically, the unrest at DUT during that period.
Speaking to members of the press after yesterday's proceedings, Khanyile said he felt ambivalent about the outcome.
