Bomb scare at Umhlanga FNB
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
Staff at FNB in Umhlanga have made their way back into the building after being briefly evacuated due to a bomb scare.

Security Contracts Manager for Ridge Management Association, Dean O'Brian says they received an alert from the bank's Johannesburg office about a possible bomb threat.
They then alerted security company, Enforce's control room.
O'Brian says all roads and entrances to the building were cordoned off while the bomb squad and the canine unit scoured the building.
''Apparently what's happened here now is that a member of [the] public came into the building yesterday with a parcel and they never left with this parcel. As soon as we get further information we will be able to inform everyone else what is going on,'' he said.
