Bokgabo Poo murder trial postponed to March
Updated | By Sibahle Motha
The trial of the man accused of the murder and rape of 4-year-old Bokgabo Poo has been postponed and referred to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The postponement will also give time for the NPA to determine if the matter should continue in the regional or high court.
Bokgabo's mother Tsholofelo says that she hopes the matter will be transferred to the High Court so it could be heard properly.
"It's been a couple of months since they last postponed the case. So far what I heard today is that they will do an analysis of what they have investigated so far.
"With the postponement being on the 30 March, I can only hope they decide to take the case to High Court so it can be tried and heard properly."
Bokgabo went missing in October of 2022 while playing with her friends at a nearby park.
Her body, which was found a day later, had some missing limbs.
A 28-year-old suspect has since been arrested for her murder.
Ntokozo Zikhali is facing charges of kidnapping, rape, murder and violating a corpse.
The matter has been postponed to 30 March.
