Bloody weekend in Kwamashu

A manhunt has been launched for those
responsible for a deadly shooting in KwaMashu, north of Durban.
Police say a man was gunned down and another was wounded on Sunday during a suspected robbery at an illegal shebeen in A section.
Money and alcohol were stolen.
Police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda says it's understood the victims were friends.
He says it's not the only case to come out of the area.

"A man was shot and killed in D section Kwamashu, and suspects are unknown."
In another incident in J section Kwamashu, Netshiunda says a 30-year-old man was assaulted to death by his brother.
“The deceased was allegedly a known drug addict who reportedly stolen valuables from home to feed his craving."
