The incident's alleged to have taken place at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

Last month, California's Supreme Court cleared the way for the sexual abuse lawsuit to go ahead against Cosby.

The US entertainer's facing accusations from more than 30 women although he's never been charged.

A 2005 legal deposition surfaced detailing comments made by the star - where he admitted to supplying a strong depressant to a woman who later accused him of sexual abuse.

Cosby has denied all allegations while his wife, Camille has come to his defence, saying the accusers may have consented to sexual relations with the comedian.

Some claims have previously been settled out of court.
