Biker killed in south coast accident
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
A biker has been killed on the south coast after his motorbike crashed into the concrete pillars of the Ifafa River Bridge on the R102.

Listen to the full bulletin below.
Netcare 911's Chris Botha says it appears the biker lost control while coming down the hill, colliding head-on into the pillars.
Botha says the man, who suffered extensive injuries, had been riding with a passenger.
"Tragically, the rider of the bike died there at the scene due to the very severe injuries he had sustained. The female passenger was in a very serious condition, she was treated on scene and transported to hospital by another private hospital service for further treatment," he said.
Botha says the accident scene has been cleared.
