Biker killed in North Coast crash

A man has been killed in a motorbike accident on the N2 near the Umvoti Toll Plaza.

It is unclear what caused the accident.
The biker, believed to have been in his 40s, died before paramedics arrived on the scene yesterday afternoon.
Later in the evening, a man believed to be in his 50's was hurt when he reportedly lost control of his bike in Rockhaven Road in Cowies Hill.
It is believed the man hit a pavement before he plunged down a bank.
The patient is currently receiving treatment at the Westville Hospital.
The exact of the accident is unknown.
