Assistance sought in Berea gang rape case
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Durban Central police are appealing for help in solving a gang rape case that took place in the Berea area.

They've released the identikits of two men they believe will be key in solving the case. Police say it's understood that in July this year, a 23-year-old woman was waiting to cross Canongate Road when a white VW Polo stopped in front of her.
Police say the driver of the vehicle told the woman that they were there to transport her which shocked her as she did not arrange for transport.
Officers say one of the three occupants of the vehicle then pulled out a firearm, threatened the woman and forced her into the vehicle.
They say she was driven to an unknown place where she was raped by two males and robbed of her belongings such as cellphone.
Police say she was then left at the harbour.
