Arresting Zuma will have serious implications: ANC KZN
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The ANC in KwaZulu Natal says arresting Jacob Zuma would have profound implications on the party's unity.
Secretary-General, Mdumiseni Ntuli says, "People are visiting him, coming from the likes of the ANC. In many instances, those are comrades that have taken sides in the matter and I am sure there are many others like that."

Ntuli says the party's leadership met with the former president, who said last week that he won't appear before the State Capture Inquiry - defying a Constitutional Court order compelling him to testify. Ntuli says they were concerned about his decision.
" His first sense of discomfort is that when the matter was put before Justice Zondo, he decided that he is going to be the same judge and prosecutor on the matter. He is conflicted."
Ntuli adds the haste in which the matter was taken to the constitutional court and the immediate conclusion on the matter in the constitutional court has signalled to him an impression that this is because of the proximity that the Deputy Chief Justice has.
