Arrested N3 truck drivers' case not enrolled
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The case against four truck drivers who were arrested during the truck blockade on Van Reenen's Pass this week has not been enrolled at court.
On Youth Day, drivers lined up their trucks on the N3, blocking the roadway between Durban and Johannesburg.
This was allegedly in protest against the employment of foreigners.

They then abandoned their vehicles, taking with them their keys, meaning the trucks later had to be towed away.
The men aged between 40 and 59 were arrested at the scene.
"The matter was not enrolled due to insufficient evidence," says the NPA's Natasha Kara.
