Appeal for help after boy (4) goes missing in Plessislaer

KwaZulu-Natal police have appealed for help from the public in its search for a child who went missing a week ago in Plessislaer, in Pietermaritzburg.

Officials from the Plessislaer Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit say four-year-old Mlando Zuma was last seen playing in the Dambuza area last week Friday.

Police spokesperson Thembeka Mbele says the child was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a blue T-shirt and a hat.
"Police are appealing to anyone with information of his whereabouts to contact the investigating officer Warrant Officer Chagwe on 082 437 6658 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111."
